Each package provides access to the full Total Clean framework, including brand rights, training, systems and central support. The difference between levels is the scale of guaranteed turnover commitment and territory potential.
1. Business - £20,000
Designed for entry into the Total Clean model within a defined territory. This package provides full access to training, systems and operational support. Guaranteed turnover is not included at this level.
2. Business Plus - £25,000
Mid tier package including a defined level of guaranteed monthly turnover delivered within your territory, alongside the full franchise framework.
3. Prestige - £30,000
Premium package with the highest level of guaranteed monthly turnover commitment and expanded territory scale.

Working Capital Requirements
In addition to the franchise fee, franchise partners should account for working capital during the early stages of trading. This includes staffing costs, operational expenses and general business overhead while contracts are building.
